By posting a listing or using ninedollarhire.co (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
ninedollarhire provides visibility for genuine job openings for a fee. We are a listings board only — we do not manage recruitment, screen candidates, track applications, or guarantee hiring outcomes for any listing.
By posting, you confirm that: (a) you have the right to advertise the role on behalf of the company named; (b) the listing describes a genuine, currently open position; and (c) all information provided is accurate and not misleading.
You may not post a listing that: involves illegal activity under Indian law; advertises multi-level marketing, pyramid, or Ponzi-style schemes; promotes adult content, weapons, controlled substances, or gambling; offers unpaid or exploitative “work” disguised as a job; discriminates on grounds prohibited under applicable Indian law; solicits investment or financial products without required SEBI/RBI registration; infringes any third party's intellectual property; or is otherwise fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful. We may remove any listing that violates this section without refund.
Listing fees start at $9 and are charged at the amount you select when posting, processed via Paypal. All fees are non-refundable once a listing is live, regardless of outcome.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or these Terms, at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
The Service is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that listings are accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that posting a listing will result in any particular hiring outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ninedollarhire and Ordinary Project are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify ninedollarhire and Ordinary Project against any claim arising from your listing content or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [your city], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
